Z-Perform 1500T pairs a 2.6 mil paper facestock with a 0.6 mil adhesive layer and a 2.4 mil kraft liner. Total construction thickness is 5.6 mil, ±10%.
For printing, select a suitable thermal-transfer ribbon and validate settings at your intended operating speed. Zebra’s spec sheet lists 6000, 2000, and 6100 ribbons in its resistance matrix.
For adhesion, check conditions at the point of application. Labels have a minimum application temperature of 25°F (-4°C), with a service range of 0°F to 180°F (-18°C to 82°C).
