Keep product and asset information readable through handling and routine cleaning with Zebra 18950 Z-Ultimate 3000T. These gloss polyester thermal transfer labels use a permanent acrylic adhesive and are available in white or silver.
Pair the material with Zebra 6200, 5095, or 5100 ribbon for the documented print durability. For an indoor UL-recognized labeling solution, choose the supported 5095 or 5100 combination and verify the requirements of the finished application.
Z-Ultimate 3000T brings together polyester construction, permanent attachment, and resistance to smearing, scratching, and moderate chemicals. Zebra recommends it for product identification, automotive parts, top-side PCB labels, and indoor UL product labeling.
Its service temperature range reaches 302°F / 150°C after proper application and appropriate dwell time. That makes temperature exposure a useful selection factor, while the separate application-temperature requirement determines when the label can be attached.
Use Z-Ultimate 3000T for asset labels, manufacturing product identification, automotive components, and top-side PCB identification. Moderate chemical resistance also supports labeling medical devices or food preparation equipment exposed to the listed cleaning chemicals.
Indoor and outdoor application life is expected to reach up to three years after correct application and appropriate dwell time. This is an expected lifespan rather than a guarantee; validate performance under the actual exposure conditions.
What distinguishes the white and silver options?
They are separate color options identified by raw material codes 05612RM and 05272RM. Select the finished-label SKU that provides the required color and format.
Do I need to purchase ribbon for these labels?
Yes. Z-Ultimate 3000T requires thermal transfer ribbon; Zebra recommends 6200, 5095, and 5100.
Does choosing 6200 ribbon provide the documented UL recognition?
The data sheet documents UL recognition with 5095 and 5100. Do not extend that claim to 6200.
Will the labels tolerate bleach cleaning?
Bleach is listed as recommended with the specified ribbon combinations. Confirm suitability for the actual cleaning process and exposure.
Is three-year outdoor performance guaranteed?
No. Zebra states an expected life of up to three years after correct application and appropriate dwell, rather than a warranted lifespan.
