82414-EA - Zebra 2" x 1" PolyPro 4000T Label (Roll)
- Part #:
- 82414-EA
When one label has to work on cartons, plastic totes, pallet wrap, and shelf edges, the Zebra PolyPro 4000T covers them all. It is a heavy 4.2 mil matte White polypropylene thermal transfer label with a Permanent Acrylic adhesive that resists tearing and water.
Once applied, it holds from -65°F to 248°F, so the same label handles deep-freeze and warm storage. Printed with Zebra 3200 ribbon, it stands up to alcohol, bleach, gasoline, grease, and oil. It is BPA free with a latex-free adhesive, and it can be recycled with other polypropylene packaging.
Warehouses and distribution centers use the 4000T for pallet wrap and box labels. Retail and storage operations use it on shelf edges, and manufacturers use it for industrial product labels on plastic packaging.
Zebra recommends its 3200, 4800, and 5095 ribbons. The 3200 carries the documented chemical ratings; 4800 and 5095 also offer chemical resistance but should be tested in your application. The label runs on Zebra 1" Core thermal transfer printers.
Zebra recommends the 4000T for industrial product labels, pallet wrap, shelf edges, most packaging materials and plastic substrates, and medium-life product and box labels. It is rated for indoor use, with an expected life of 1 year or more.
