The cradle is genuine Zebra, made for TC22 and TC27 devices with or without a protective boot. Power comes from Zebra's Level VI 50W supply, ordered separately.
It does two jobs in one small footprint. In-device charging is fast: a standard battery reaches 80% in under 1 hour 20 minutes. A removable shim means one cradle fits both bare and booted devices.
Devices: Zebra TC22 and TC27, with hand strap, trigger handle, or rugged boot.
Batteries: BTRY-TC2L-2XMAXX-01 (3,800 mAh), BTRY-TC2L-3XMAXX-01 (5,200 mAh), BTRY-TC2L-2XMAXB-01 (3,800 mAh with BLE beacon).
Power: PWR-BGA12V50W0WW supply, CBL-DC-388A1-01 DC cord, and an AC line cord such as 23844-00-00R. KIT-PWR-12V50W combines the supply and DC cord.
The cradle suits small retail stores, clinics, hospitality counters, and delivery operations where each worker carries one device and one spare. It works well wherever a full charging rack would be oversized.
What do I need to power this cradle?
The PWR-BGA12V50W0WW power supply, CBL-DC-388A1-01 DC cord, and a country-specific AC line cord. None are included.
Can I leave the boot on my TC27 when I dock it?
Yes. Just remove the cradle's shim first.
How quickly will my device charge?
A standard battery charges from 0 to 80% in under 1 hour 20 minutes. An extended battery takes under 1 hour 50 minutes.
Does it connect to my computer?
No. This cradle only charges. Zebra's CRD-TC2L-SE1ET-01 adds USB sync.
Will my extended battery fit the spare slot?
Yes. The 5,200 mAh BTRY-TC2L-3XMAXX-01 fits, along with the standard and BLE-beacon batteries.
